We eat a lot of kielbasa, and love it with homemade sauerkraut. Seriously, my hubby makes the BEST sauerkraut ever and it's so easy. (one head organic cabbage and salt). He's been experimenting with adding different seasonings like celery seed (my fav) and caraway. There's just something about that salty meat with the tangy cabbage. Yum.
