Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies.

Peanut Butter Cookies are a special indulgence in our house. Okay, mostly for me. I don't make them very often because there are only two of us that eat them. And while two people eating an entire batch of cookies is AWESOME, it's also remarkably unhealthy. So, these simple Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies only make an occasional appearance around these parts. But when they do? Oh, swoon.

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  
• 1 egg

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Directions:

1. Mix ingredients thoroughly until a dough has formed.
2. Roll into balls and place cookies on baking sheet (or drop from spoon)
3. Print criss-crosses with a fork (I dipped my fork in flour to keep stickage at a minimum).
4. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees and then sprinkle with sugar as soon as you take them out of the oven (so it sticks!).
5. ENJOY!

{Yields about 20 cookies.}
