Ingredients
 

  • Head s of garlic
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Remove the flaky paper from each head of garlic (but not so much that the cloves come apart).
  • Cut about 1/3 off the top of each head of garlic.
  • Place each head of garlic into the well of a cupcake pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
  • ENJOY!
