Roasted Garlic. Tableside Style.

We’ve covered roasted garlic before, but what about when you want to impress? A messy pile of garlic cloves is great for a recipe or for chowing down on your own, but not quite right for guests. No worries! Making roasted garlic fit for a king is brilliantly easy!

Roasted Garlic - Tableside Style
Ingredients
- Head s of garlic
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Remove the flaky paper from each head of garlic (but not so much that the cloves come apart).
- Cut about 1/3 off the top of each head of garlic.
- Place each head of garlic into the well of a cupcake pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
- ENJOY!
