Betcha weren’t expecting microwave popcorn in a paper bag. But seriously, this is the only way to make microwave popcorn. No additives, no fat, no funk. (And it’s really cheap!).

Microwave Popcorn in a Paper Bag
Ingredients
- Brown paper lunch bag
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
Instructions
- Pour popcorn kernels into lunch bag, fold the top of bag over three times.
- Microwave upright for two and a half to three minutes (depends on your microwave, 2:45 is perfect in mine). Listen for the popping to end and stop the microwave.
- Enjoy!

*This makes just a little bit more than your traditional microwave bag of popcorn. My kids like it naked and I like it with a sprinkle of salt, but you could surely dress it up with all sorts of toppings!
