Strawberry & Dark Chocolate (Two Ingredient) Fudge.

Strawberry & Dark Chocolate Fudge. Made with two ingredients. *blink, blink* Yup, this is for real. Chocolate chips and icing. I can't take credit for the basic method, it's been around a long time, but I can let you know how it's done and give you some awesome flavor combinations. Today, in honor of Valentine's Day, it's dark chocolate layered with strawberry. Yum.

April, here's a 60 Second Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe for you. 1 can of chocolate frosting, 1 jar (18 oz I think) of peanut butter. dump both into a bowl (do not mix!), nuke for 60 seconds, mix really well, pour into greased pan & refridgerate until set. about 20 minutes. This is a good , fast recipe! Everyone loves it. Sometimes after I mix i tup I add extra stuff like white chocolate chips, or butterscotch, or peppermint dust....or extra nuts! It's awesome.
