Fall Off the Bone Pork Barbecue Ribs - Low and Slow

These Fall Off the Bone Barbecue Pork Ribs were amazing.  Low and slow, baby!  Divine.  Sweet, juicy and falling off the bone. Did I mention they fall off the bone?  When I was asked to post a rib recipe I thought, great!  I have the best rib recipe ever! But then I was told, no!  Post a NEW recipe!  Ahhhhh!  But I'm always up for a challenge. Especially a pork challenge.  So here it is.  Quite possible better than my beloved Apple Cider Ribs.  Or at least just as good.

DIBS ON RIBS

Fall Off the Bone Barbecue Pork Rib Ingredients:

Fall Off the Bone Barbecue Pork Rib Directions:

  1. Smother your pork ribs on both sides with the rub.  Place meat side down on a foil lined baking sheet (the bottom part of your broiler pan works perfectly to keep juices from spilling over).
  2. Seal pan(s) tightly with foil and bake at 225 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
  3. Remove foil and allow meat to rest.  If you're making ahead of time, now you can (when they're cool enough!) throw them in the fridge.
  4. Just before you're ready to grill, slather the ribs with barbecue sauce.  Then throw on a medium heat grill.  Give 'em some char and eat up!
