Grasshopper fudge is the perfect fun green recipe for your holiday parties. Move over thin mints, this is so much tastier and available all year long!
Grasshopper Fudge-assuredly devoid of actual grasshoppers. Other than the obvious connection to grasshoppers being green, I’m not really sure where Grasshopper Fudge gets its name. I believe it is a reference to the famous Grasshopper cocktails made from creme de menthe and creme de cocoa. But don’t worry, you won’t need any 1950’s era cocktails to make this sweet treat!
This fudge is easy, tasty, and fun. Because who doesn’t like cookies and mint? (shhhh… you’ll break my heart if you tell me you don’t like cookies and mint!).
Make it for a St. Patrick’s Day party, Christmas festivities, or just because you like the color green! Honestly, who needs an excuse to make fudge anyway? So, go to it! And then? Check out my other awesome fudge recipes!
