Whole30, Day 12

Talk about testing my willpower.  Today, Whole 30 Day 12, was brutal!  My parents are in town so that means eating out, eating out, and more eating out.  Everything came up roses, but I definitely struggled a little bit with dining options and menu choices.  All's well, ends well, though because today was both delicious and compliant. 


Trail mix (coconut chips, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and raisins), and black coffee.

Day 12, #Whole30 - breakfast (black coffee & trail mix)



Day 12, #Whole30 - snack (blueberries)


Chipotle - Salad Bowl (lettuce, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, pork, and double guacamole).

Day 12, #Whole30 - lunch (#Chipotle salad bowl with lettuce, pico, fajita veggies, pork, & double guac)


Froggers - The Ultimate Burger, no bun, no sauce, no cheese (2 beef patties, grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickle), and steamed mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots).

Day 12, #Whole30 - dinner (Frogger's - ultimate burger, double patty, no sauce, no cheese +++Tabasco, and a side of steamed veggies)
