Whole30, Day 7

Day 7 of the Whole 30 was a little easier.  I struggle with breakfast some because I'm just not a morning person.  I adore breakfast foods, but would rarely eat at breakfast time.  I do find that I feel better throughout the day when I make the effort though. 


Oven roasted tomatoes, microwaved egg with ghee, and black coffee.

Day 7, #Whole30 - micro eggs with ghee, roasted tomatoes, & black coffee)


Hippie hotdogs, mustard, and an apple.

Day 7, #Whole30 - lunch (hotdogs with mustard & apple)


Walnuts and raisins.

Day 7, #Whole30 - snack (raisins & walnuts)


Slow cooked spice rubbed ribs, steamed carrots, and pickles, with cherry seltzer.

Day 7, #Whole30 - dinner (slow cooked ribs, steamed carrots, and pickles)


Coconut chips.

Day 7, #Whole30 - midnight snack (coconut chips)
