Whole30, Day 23

The first three days of this diet c r a w l e d.  And then all of the sudden we're at day 23 of the Whole30.  I cannot believe how fast it has gone.  Or that I'm really really enjoying the food and not a miserably pouty cow.  When I went paleo in the past I didn't entirely cut out dairy, and I still allowed myself a drink here and there.  Who knew the willpower was there all along?!


Apple and black coffee.

Day 23, #whole30 - breakfast (black coffee & giant apple)


Chicken, green bell pepper slices, guacamole, strawberries, and a teensy tiny sweet potato with ghee.

Day 23, #whole30 - lunch (leftover chicken, green bell pepper, guac, strawberries, & sweet potato)


Chicken and apple sausage, roasted broccoli and mini white eggplant, tomatoes.

Day 23, #whole30 - dinner (chicken apple sausage, tomatoes, roasted broccolini, & roasted mini white eggplant)
