Whole30, Day 25

On day 25 of the Whole 30, I can say that I am in a very comfortable rhythm.  Aside from missing wine (which, yes, I still do) I don't really look forward to this challenge being over.  I'm thinking, rather than switching to loose paleo like I've done in the past (i.e. reintroducing cheese, natural sweeteners, and beer on a regular basis), I will continue being strict for a while longer.  With the notable exception that I will enjoy a glass of red wine here and there.  Because, hello, I have five kids.


Apple, prosciutto, black coffee.

Day 25, #whole30 - breakfast (prosciutto, apple, coffee)


Grapes, blueberries, hot dog, and mustard.

Day 25, #whole30 - lunch (grapes, blueberries, hot dog, & mustard)



Day #25, #whole30 - snack (cashews)


Broiled steak, roasted asparagus, cherry tomatoes.

Day 25, #whole30 - dinner (broiled steak, roasted asparagus, tomatoes)

  1. Yumm! Your meals look great! Have you heard of TwoGrand app? I found out about it on a Whole30 Facebook page. It is a photo journaling app that lets you log your meals and connect with other Whole30 challengers or anyone else on the app. It is a great way to be accountable and there are a lot of people using it for post Whole30's!
