White Pizza Flatbread is exactly right for an easy lunch or dinner recipe! Make it with only three ingredients and in no time at all. Yum!
White pizza flatbread is one of those, “oh crap, it’s 4:30 and I haven’t thought about dinner yet” dinners. It’s simple, but delicious and goes perfectly with a quick salad. I love this kind of food for busy soccer nights or times when the day just gets away from me. Try it with a tropical fruit salad or some three ingredient peanut butter cookies!
White pizza flatbread
White pizza flatbread ingredients
- Flatbread – Make your own or grab a pack of prepared flatbread from the market. You could also use our basic pizza dough recipe or make some pizza dough with bisquick.
- Alfredo sauce – I like to grab a jar (near the spaghetti sauce), or you can prepare your own.
- Mozzarella cheese – Shredded from a block is going to melt best, but you can use pre-shredded cheese in a pinch.
- Optional garnishes – Fresh cilantro, olives, slow roasted garlic.
How do you make white pizza flatbread? (Step-by-step)
⭐ First, place flatbreads on a baking sheet and layer with alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
⭐ Next, bake on the center oven rack until everything is heated through and cheese is melted and bubbling.
⭐ Then, if you’re a stickler for browning cheese like I am, you can turn the broiler on for a moment at the end.

Tips and tricks
Here’s a fun tip, did you know you can freeze cheese? I buy giant bags of shredded cheese at the wholesale market and keep them in the deep freezer. You can also freeze this pizza dough recipe! When we make pizza at home, I try to do a couple extra batches of dough and then put them (baked!) into the freezer so we have some for last minute meals.
Of course, if making pizza dough isn’t your thing, you can always grab the pre-made stuff at the market like I did for this recipe!

Tools we love
- Oil mister – This is the perfect gift for folks who want to make sure they know exactly what they’re spraying on their pans. We like to put olive oil in ours, but you could use anything from vegetable oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, or whatever you like! Just pump the top a few times and it sprays a fine mist of the oil you chose.
- Bakers half sheet – It’s cool, we only have about six of these bakers half sheets because they’re good for absolutely everything. Cookies? Yes! Steak? Yes! Cake? Oh yeh! Roasted veggies? Uhhhh huh!

Do you have any nutritional information on this recipe? As a diabetic, I need to watch carbs, fats, portion size, etc. when indulging in treats like this. Recipes sounds yummy, easy to make, (and could add cooked chicken for protein and added flavor)
