These Pumpkin Spiced Butterscotch Pudding Cups are a fun and super easy way to personalize ready-made snacks. The hack only takes about a minute (maybe less if you're a quick stirrer!) and makes a really yummy Fall inspired treat. Perfect for an after-school indulgence or for serving to guests after dinner!
I know you're probably rolling your eyes at me for the constant barrage of ALL THINGS PUMPKIN SPICED - but you guys! It's really good! And don't worry, peppermint season will be here soon enough and then you'll be missing my pumpkin spice obsession. Or maybe not. Regardless, PUMPKIN SPICE ONWARD!
Pumpkin Spiced Butterscotch Pudding Cup, Ingredients:
- Nilla Wafer Go-Paks!
- Butterscotch Snack Pack Pudding
- Reddiwip Whipped Topping
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice per pudding cup (here's how to make my spice blend - it's much better than store bought!)
Pumpkin Spiced Butterscotch Pudding Cup, Directions:
- Add pumpkin pie spice to pudding cup and mix well. Remove about 1/3 of the Nilla Wafers from your Go-Pack and spoon pudding in.
- Add a layer of Reddiwip, and replace the remaining Nilla wafers.
We grabbed our Go-Paks! (Nilla Wafers for this recipe, but also Teddy Grahams, Nutter Butter, OREO, and Mini Chips Ahoy for afternoon snacking) as well as the butterscotch (and vanilla!) Snack Pack Pudding, and Reddi-wip Original on a quick trip to Walmart. The Go-Paks! are great to buy in large quantities and are available at Walmart for only $1. The cups are plastic and won't leak. Also, they are only about half full of product so it's easy to add ingredients to the container!
