Dole Whips are the magical Disney treat found in adventure land at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.  As a local, we get to enjoy these treats pretty regularly, but for those of you who don't have Mickey a hop, skip, and jump away, this Dole Whip Creamy Pineapple Popsicles Recipe is the perfect pick-me-up until your next visit.  I recently had the extreme pleasure of traipsing around Disney with a group of blogging friends (no kids!), and the Dole Whip stand was one of our first stops! Mmmmmm, I'm so excited to have these popsicles in the freezer now so the whole family can enjoy at any time.

Where can I get a Dole Whip

We added some fun colorful sprinkles to the bottom of our popsicles.  Totally for show, but I thought it looked pretty!  You can use canned pineapple (like we did), or fresh pineapple!  both are delicious and perfectly acceptable in this recipe.

How to make a dole whip pineapple popsicle like at Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom

The Dole Whip Pineapple Popsicles make the perfect refreshing summer treat.  Trust me, I live in Florida.  If anyone knows summer, it's me!  We have about two non-summer months a year.  But there really is something awesome about enjoying a tropical flavored treat in the scorching heat.  Pineapple is one of my personal favorite flavors.  I just love it.  Do you?

I love visiting the parks with my friends, but it's also amazing to travel with a group of adults who love Disney (or wherever you're headed!).  And getting to do the stuff you want versus what the three year old wants?  So fantastic!  See also = no diapers, no tantrums, no cold lunch because you were making sure everyone else got fed first.

  2. I'm a huge Dole whip fan, too. One of our ice cream shops sells the original, too. I hadn't seen it outside of Disney World but this shop has been selling it for longer than Disney!!

  3. So I just tried to make these. Put everything into the blender and blended it all then decided I wanted more cream so I put more cream in it then blended it again and then it all separated.. Do you know what might have caused that?!
