- White chocolate – Bark broken into small pieces or chips. Alternatively, you can use almond bark.
- Oreo cookies – Classic Oreo cookies, or the generic version.
How do you make cookies and cream oreo bark? (step-by-step)
⭐ First, melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, on high power for short bursts, stirring well between heat cycles.
⭐ Next, spread half the melted chocolate over a parchment lined baking sheet. While chocolate is still soft, top with half the crushed Oreos. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate.
⭐ Then, repeat with the other half of chocolate and cookies.
⭐ Finally, allow bark to set before breaking into pieces.

Ingredients
- 24 ounces white chocolate chips or almond bark
- 20 Oreo cookies crushed, divided in half*
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high power in 20 second increments, stirring well between heat cycles, until fully melted.
- Spread half the melted chocolate over a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle evenly with half the crushed Oreos. Press gently into the soft chocolate.
- Spread remaining melted chocolate over top of the Oreo crumbles
