Roasted Chicken & Chicken Noodle Soup.
Ok, so I was feeling ambitious yesterday and I made a whole roasted chicken with brown rice and green beans in my clay cooker. After dinner I used the bones to make chicken stock and whipped up a tasty little Chicken Noodle Soup number in the crock-pot overnight. I have to say that I am quite pleased with my efforts!

I <3 Olive Garden To Go.
Ok, so I was (rightfully) called out by Ms. Montas-Coleman for not keeping this blog up to date. In my defense, though, we’ve been tight with our pennies lately, I’ve been slumming it at home (read = microwave meals) and the husband was not thrilled about my pulling out a camera at dinner to snap a photog of my food….

Sarku Japan
Sarku Japan is hands down, the best mall food ever. And not too shabby on the points either (Teriyaki Chicken with veggies only is approximately 7 points – 5 for the meat, 2 for the sauce, 0 for the steamed veggies). The only one I know of locally is at the Oviedo Marketplace mall.

I wouldn’t normally write about something so mundane as a burrito made with leftovers, but I’d like to give a shout out to the “tortilla”. I actually use flat bread instead of a tortilla. Specifically Flat Out…
