Tortilla pizza is a super simple lunch or dinner idea made with ingredients you probably already have in the kitchen!
Thin and Crispy Tortilla Pizzas are a one of my stand-by afternoon treats. I try to make them when my kids are napping so they don’t devour my whole lunch. (Try it with a side of fruit salad or cool whip fruit salad!).

✅ Use this as an opportunity to clean out your crisper drawer or use up leftover meats.
✅ Make a single pizza in the toaster oven or a whole batch in the full size oven.

Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla

- optional toppings: fresh vegetables, cooked meat
- garnishes: parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place tortilla on a parchment lined baking sheet in a 425°F oven for 2 - 4 minutes, until lightly toasted (this will give the pizza more sturdiness). This can also be done in a toaster oven, as pictured.
- Remove toasted tortilla and turn over. Top with sauce, cheese, then meat and veggies of your choice.
- Return to the oven and bake an additional 5 minutes. For a crispier bottom, you can cook the pizza directly on the oven or toaster rack.
