– russet potatoes – shredded cheese  – cream cheese  – salted butter  – garlic powder – salt – pepper – olive oil – garnishes

bake potatoes until skins are crispy and center is fork tender

hollow out baked potatoes with a spoon

mix potato, butter, cream cheese, and spices in a large bowl

add shredded cheese and mix well

put cheesy potato mixture back into hollowed potato skins

top with extra shredded cheese

bake until warmed through and cheese is melted

top with bacon bits and green onion
