  • 2 cups Tomato (about 2 medium sized tomatoes) small chopped (I'm partial to cherry tomatoes, but use what you like!)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil small chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt


  1. Add tomatoes and basil to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

  2. Taste and adjust proportions as needed.
