Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for at least 15 minutes.
INSTANT POT:
Using saute mode, brown ground turkey.
Add remaining ingredients, stir (making sure to scrape any cooked bits off the bottom), cover and cook on manual (high pressure) for 5 minutes. (If you know your pot has a tendency to give the burn notice, you can add an extra cup of water)
Do a careful controlled quick release, pausing the release if it starts to sputter.
If desired, turn on saute function and cook off any extra liquid (stirring regularly) until thickened to your liking.
