  • 4 - 5 pounds pork roast
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • optional: top with pickled red onion


  • Place about half the apples and onions on the bottom of your slow cooker. ┬áPut the pork on top, and then the rest of the apples and onions over that.
