South of the Border Hummus Snack Dip

  • 1 can of chick peas garbanzo beans, 15 oz, undrained
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 heaping tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Add water one tsp at a time if consistency is too thick for your taste).
  • Serve with pita or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
