are a slurptasticly delicious and easy Asian inspired dish that can be served warm or cold!

Ingredients

chinese noodles/ramen

soy sauce
¼
cup
tahini

tablespoons
sesame oil
2
tablespoons
honey
2
tablespoons
rice vinegar
2-3
cloves
garlic
finely minced (about 2 teaspoons)

teaspoon
grated ginger
¼
cup
warm water water
toppings
green onion, sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook noodles to al dente, according to package directions. Drain. (If serving cold, transfer to a bowl of ice water then drain again).
While the noodles are cooking, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
NOTE:
If you like really saucy noodles (*raises hand*), double the sauce ingredients!
Add the drained noodles to the sauce and toss to coat.
Serve with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
