¼cupparamount crystals or coconut oiloptional/as needed
½cupHalloween sprinkles
8 - 10popsicle sticks
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Slice apples into about ½ inch wide slices. Pat each slice with a paper towel on all sides to absorb moisture. Slide a popsicle stick into the bottom of each apple slice (you can use a sharp knife to precut the hole).
Remove any exposed seeds and place apple slices flat on the lined baking sheet.
Melt the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl on high heat in 20 second increments, stirring between heat cycles, until fully melted.
If desired, slowly add paramount crystals (or coconut oil) to thin out the candy melts, until desired consistency is reached. Spread melted candy melts over the top of each apple slice.
Top with sprinkles before candy melts set. Allow candy melts to set, and serve immediately. (You can place the tray in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set quickly).
Notes
Calories are automatically generated. For best results calculate based on your exact ingredients.NOTE: If you are making these ahead of time, you will need to cover the apples completely in candy melt. Triple the amount of candy melt and use the popsicle sticks to submerge them into the melted candy, making sure the apple is no longer visible at all. For this method you could also use a wedge shape, if desired.
