Instructions
In a medium saucepan add your milk and white chocolate chips. Turn heat to medium low and stir constantly to make sure the chocolate does not burn. Bring just to a simmer (do not let it boil).
Once the chocolate is all melted remove the pan from the heat and stir in the extracts. Stir in food coloring until desired shade is reached.
Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and some heart sprinkles.
