Instructions
In a large glass or ceramic bowl* melt your chocolate in the microwave on high power in 20 second intervals, stirring between heat cycles, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Line a baking sheet with a silpat mat or parchment paper, and place 12 evenly spaced dollops of white chocolate on the sheet. Place an oreo on each dollop.
Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top of the oreos and carefully spread to cover the oreos and surrounding areas completely.**
Next place a gumdrop half on the side of each of the snowman heads and use the cookie icing to create the top of the headband, the eyes, nose, and mouth.
Allow the bark to set and then break apart around the snowmen's faces, or slice with a warm knife.
