18maraschino cherriespitted/stemless
1poundwhite almond bark(you can also use white chocolate chips, or white candy melts)

18gumdropshalved, vertically
Instructions
Remove any hard edges from the brownies then divide the remainder into 18 evenly sized squares.
Place 1 brownie piece in your hand and place the cherry in the middle of the brownie. Form the brownie around the cherry and roll into a ball. Place brownie ball onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining brownie pieces.
Chill brownie bites in the refrigerator for 15 - 20 minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the almond bark on high power in 20 second intervals, stirring between heat cycles, until almond bark is smooth and melted.
Dip and roll chilled a brownie ball in the melted almond bark and place back onto a baking sheet. Place halved gumdrops either side of the brownie bite to look like ear muffs. Repeat for each brownie bite.
Use cookie icing to draw headbands on the earmuffs, and the snowmen's eyes, mouth, and noses. Allow to fully set before serving.
