Melt the butter and dissolve the salt in the boiling water, whisk together, and then pour over the rice. Cover very tightly with foil or an oven safe lid.
Carefully transfer baking dish to a 375℉ oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until all of the water has been absorbed.
