Instructions
Small chop cabbage, red onion, and carrots, add to a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, garlic salt. Whisk together.
Pour dressing over cabbage mix and toss until everything is coated evenly.
Sprinkle with celery seed and toss again.
