Add the onion soup mix, beef broth, cream of mushroom and minced garlic to your slow cooker and stir to combine. Add the meatballs and continue stirring until everything is evenly mixed.
Cover and cook on low heat for 4 - 6 hours. About 5 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream.*
