Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

light brown sugar

white granulated sugar

real vanilla extract

all purpose flour

baking soda

quick oats

milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar for two minutes using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well, scraping down sides as needed.
Stir in the quick oats and the chocolate chips.
Form cookie dough into 1/4 cup size balls and place 2" apart on a lined baking sheet.
Bake on the center rack of a 350℉ preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until the edges are just golden brown.
