low sodium beef broth

au jus mix

provolone cheese

bread rolls or baguettes

Instructions
Add beef, peppers, onions, beef broth, and au jus powder to your slow cooker. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About ten minutes before you're ready to serve, top with provolone cheese and replace the cover.
Serve as-is, or over your favorite starch like rolls, baguettes, potatoes, or rice. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
