Ingredients
smoked wild salmon
or nova lox, or lox
cream cheese
red onion
thinly sliced
capers
lemon
Instructions
Lay out your pieces of salmon (if they're ginormo you may want to cut them down to a more reasonable size)
Put a smear of cream cheese on each piece of salmon and top with onions and capers.
Roll up and squeeze lemon juice over rolls.
