roasted almonds

lightly salted peanuts

cashews

sugar

Instructions
Give the nuts a whir in your food processor (or magic bullet in my case).
In a bowl combine whirred nuts, eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Drop on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
