4 over-ripe bananas
mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
