Instructions
Using a sharp knife, separate the wings into drumettes and flats, discard the wing tips. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture, and place in a large bowl.
Preheat air fryer to 360° F.
While the air fryer is preheating, drizzle the chicken with olive oil, sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning and toss to fully coat.
Working in batches, place wings in the bottom of your air fryer basket. They can touch, but be sure to only do a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the wings reach an internal temperature of at least 165° F.
