Instructions
Roll cookie dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Using a knife or a pizza cutter, slice the cookie dough into thin strips and place on a prepared/lined baking sheet.
Bake according to recipe directions. You're going to want to bake on the longer side of done so they won't be limp!
Allow to cool on a wire rack, and melt your chocolate on the stovetop or in the microwave. I did mine in the microwave in 20 second increments (stirring in-between), until it was fully melted.
Dip cookies in chocolate and then sprinkle smashed candy canes all over the melty chocolate.
Cool in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
