Arrange graham cracker squares on the baking sheet in a large square. Make sure they are touching each other on all sides (except the outermost perimeter).
In a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a simmer/light boil on medium heat. Continue to simmer for 2 full minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour hot sugar mixture over graham crackers, and spread evenly to cover completely. Place in a 350℉ preheated oven for 6 minutes, until the top is browned and bubbly.
Top with chocolate chips and return to the oven for an additional two minutes. Remove from oven and use a spatula to spread the chocolate chips. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, gently pressing them into the chocolate with your spatula.
