In a medium sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, or a hand mixer on medium speed, in a large bowl cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar for a full two minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla, and continue mixing on medium speed for another two minutes.
Slowly add in flour mixture, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Do not overmix. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Press the cookie dough into a greased or parchment lined 9x13" baking dish.
Bake in a 350℉ oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the edges are a light golden brown.
