Instructions
In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Add cornstarch, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper, ketchup, beef broth, and milk to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Stir in the uncooked pasta and bring the mixture to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
