(you'll want 2 thighs or drumsticks per person, or 1 breast per person)

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, stone ground mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Coat the chicken evenly with the mustard mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
Bake uncovered in a 425℉ preheated oven, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
(Boneless chicken breasts: 18–22 minutes, Chicken thighs or drumsticks: 22–30 minutes, depending on size)
