Our Pineapple Popsicles are inspired by the delicious Dole Whip soft serve available at the Magic Kingdom Walt Disney World. You’re going to love this cool treat!

Ingredients

ounces
crushed pineapple
we used canned, but fresh works too!, do not drain
5 - 10
ounces
heavy whipping cream
depending on how creamy you want it. make sure to taste the mixture!

teaspoons
lime juice
1/2
teaspoon
real vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in your upright blender, or with a stick blender, until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds (these are my favorite popsicle molds!)
Freeze and enjoy!

Recipe Notes
Taste the mixture before freezing and adjust the amount of cream to your preference. More cream = softer, creamier popsicles.
For a brighter, more pineapple-forward flavor, stay closer to 5 ounces of cream; for a Dole Whip–style texture, use closer to 10 ounces.
Do not drain the pineapple.
If the popsicles are hard to release, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds and they’ll slide right out.
