Sausage and Peppers
Sausage and Peppers is the perfect ridiculously simple solution for a ridiculously delicious dinner!

sweet bell peppers
seeded and sliced (any color is fine!)
medium sweet yellow onion
peeled and sliced
approx 14 ounces total, sliced (we used Klement’s Sausage)
Arrange peppers, onion, and sausage evenly on a large sheet pan (does not need to be single layer).
Drizzle/spray lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Roast on the middle oven rack at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once at the half point.
