Recipe Notes:
Pork chops:
Bone-in pork chops work best and stay the most tender in the slow cooker but boneless can also be used.
Searing:
This adds flavor and texture, but can be skipped if you're in a rush.
Thickness matters:
This recipe is written for ½-inch thick pork chops. Thicker chops may need a little extra time.
Garlic:
Fresh minced garlic gives the best flavor, but jarred garlic works in a pinch.
Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
