Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a donut pan well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal and buttermilk. Stir lightly and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
Add the egg, melted butter, sugar, Greek yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract
to the cereal mixture.
Stir until fully combined.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Fill each donut cavity about ¾ full using a spoon or piping bag. Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the tops spring back lightly when touched. Allow donuts to cool in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes before removing.
While the donuts cool, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, strawberry extract, and pink food coloring until smooth.
Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze. Immediately sprinkle crushed Fruity Pebbles over the glaze before it sets.
