Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, and beat until smooth.
Pour the lemon juice and beat until fully incorporated. The mixture should be smooth, but pourable.
Pour the lemon mixture into the prepared pie crust and use a spatula to spread it out evenly and smooth the top.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
