Tips, tricks, and frequently asked questions
What if my recipe calls for an unbaked graham cracker crust?
If the recipe calls for an unbaked crust because you’re going to bake the whole thing together, then just skip baking the empty crust.
However if your recipe calls for an unbaked crust with an unbaked filling, understand that the crust will be more crumbly and not set as well as if it were baked. (It will still taste great though!).
How do you keep a graham cracker crust from falling apart?
Make sure you’re using melted butter, firmly pressing the crumbs together with the bottom of a cup, and baking for a few minutes. Allow the crust to cool completely before filling.
Don’t skimp on the butter, in fact you can use a smidge more butter if you’re worried about it crumbling.
What can I use if I can’t find graham crackers?
Digestive biscuits are a close substitute for graham crackers and can be used in this recipe.

This crust is perfect for no-bake cheesecake, peanut butter pie recipe, a creamy lemon pie, or fresh strawberry pie! You could also fill it with ambrosia salad, quick chocolate mousse, or pineapple fluff for a delicious no-bake pie!
