Marshmallow Easter Treats
Ingredients
- 6 cups puffed rice cereal
- 4 cups marshmallow
- 3 tablespoons butter
- food coloring
- plastic Easter eggs
- non-stick spray
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted. Add food coloring until preferred hue is reached. Stir in rice cereal and mix until fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for about three minutes. While cooling, coat the insides of your plastic eggs with non-stick spray.
- While mixture is still warm and malleable, stuff it tightly into the eggs. Chill for about 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy!
