How to Make Ritz Churro Bites

Ritz Churro Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups Peanut Butter Ritz Bits
- 1 stick butter melted (½ cup)
- ½ cup white granulated sugar*
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon*
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crackers and melted butter. Toss gently until crackers are fully coated.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon. Add the cinnamon sugar to the crackers and toss to coat evenly.*
- Spread crackers out on a large parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350℉ oven for 10 minutes (flipping halfway through so they brown evenly). The crackers are ready when they have browned/toasted slightly and the sugar is begining to caramelize.
- Allow to cool completely before enjoying or storing.
