Sausage and Peppers is the perfect ridiculously simple solution for a ridiculously delicious dinner!
Sausage and Peppers is one of my husband’s favorite meals, and honestly it’s a big hit with the whole family. Sausage and peppers is also a super simple meal to make, especially when you do it all on one sheet pan with our One Pan Sausage and Peppers Recipe.
We stuck to the basics with ours (because sausage + peppers = YUM), but you could totally fancy it up with other vegetables or spices if you like!

We used Klement’s Smoked Polish Sausage Dinner Links for our meal and it was excellent. I actually ended up making an entire second pan because the first one disappeared so quickly!
For busy households who appreciate the importance of gathering to share a quality meal, Klement’s fully cooked and hardwood-smoked sausage helps them slow down and savor the moment, because the rich, robust taste of our authentic European handcrafted sausage has been bringing people together for generations.

My love language is food and feeding people. One of my greatest joys is having a house full of people I love and spending the day chatting, swimming, and eating. The problem with being the cook of the house though, is you always end up stuck in the kitchen for your party.
Which is a double edged sword.I love cooking and feeding people, but I want to hang out by the pool too! And in summer a party can happen any day of the week! Which is why I always look for recipes like this One Pan Sausage and Peppers dish that takes very little prep and is super easy. It allows me to have fun cooking, but also socializing.

You can use any color sweet pepper, but we like to make the meal colorful – especially if it’s served to guests. So, I picked up a pack of red, yellow, orange, and green sweet bell peppers. It almost looks like confetti or streamers on the pan!
If you like things spicy, you could toss some red pepper flakes into the mix too. Mmmmm. We made this dish on Wednesday for What’s Cooking Wednesday, a fun new campaign chartered by Klement’s Sausage.
What will you make this Wednesday? Be sure to hashtag it with #whatscookingwednesday!

Feeling more adventurous? You could do this as a sausage and peppers kabob recipe! Slice your peppers and onions up into chunks and layer them with the sausage on skewers.
Cook over a medium heat grill (or under your broiler!) for about 30 minutes and you’re good! A little more work, but another fun presentation for sure.

One pan recipes are my jam! This one is especially delicious and has been added to our favorites list!
Love this recipe! I always keep some sausage in the fridge so I can roast some veggies and sausage!
Always good to have when it’s to hot to cook
I love this recipe! However, to make it a fuller meal, I add a can of tomatoes and 1 cup of Penne pasta. Super good!!
THIS CAME OUT GREAT, THE BOYS LOVED IT SO MUCH WE MADE MORE. THANKS FOR THE RECIPE.
Is it important that this be Polish Sausage (sausage and peppers recipe)? We like Butterball smoked sausage more than any other sausage we’ve ever tried.
